Keynote Speaker: Jessica Moyer

Inside/Out: Building Thriving Teams Through Collaboration and Wellness

Jessica Moyer is a dynamic TEDx speaker, accomplished coach, and the inspirational author behind Triumph Through the Tears. Fueled by a deep-seated passion and unwavering commitment, Jessica has dedicated her life to empowering people to embrace holistic well-being — encompassing mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. This commitment has materialized in the form of The Ice House: Wellness + Community, a boutique wellness studio she founded in Delaware.  

With a rich tapestry of credentials, Jessica is a certified Institute of Integrative Nutrition Coach, Ziglar Legacy Coach, and John Maxwell Coach/Trainer, boasting multiple wellness certifications. Over the span of twenty years, she has positively impacted the lives of thousands of people, guiding them through transformative journeys.  

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jessica is deeply involved in philanthropy, exemplifying her passion for community upliftment. As the President of Cure SMA Delaware/South Jersey Chapter for two decades, she has raised over $2 million in funding. Her commitment extends to participating in Dancing with Delaware Stars for nine consecutive years, benefitting Mom's House, and served as a Board Member of the Boys & Girls Club. Jessica also holds the prestigious title of Honorary Commander at Dover Air Force Base, a role she fulfilled for three years.

At the core of Jessica's life is her enduring love for her husband of 28 years, Jason, an Optometrist and Wellness Coach. Together, they are the proud parents of four wonderful children — Isobel, Blaise, Jake, and the cherished memory of angel Steven. Central to her identity, Jessica is driven by her passion for wellness, love for nature and community, enthusiasm for travel, and an unyielding desire to guide people in identifying and living their purpose through a healthy lifestyle. In every aspect of her life, Jessica Moyer embodies resilience, compassion, and a relentless pursuit of holistic well-being.
